Description

Comfortable, modern accommodation, well equipped in a sunny quiet location on the Kalvarienberg in Gosau am Dachstein. Enjoy the beautiful view over the Gosau valley and the imposing Gosaukamm.

The apartment is an ideal starting point for tours in summer, cycling, biking, hiking or climbing the surrounding area offers a variety of possibilities. In winter, skiing, cross-country skiing or tobogganing are the order of the day.

Not far from the village of Gosau it is recommended to make a trip to the nearby towns such as Hallstatt, Bad Ischl, St. Wolfgang or to the Styrian Ausseerland.

Arrival and departure
- Arrival: from 15:00
- Departure: until 10:00 a.m.
- Luggage storage possible after consultation.

If you are travelling alone or as a couple, we will provide you with one bedroom. The second bedroom can be booked for an additional charge. Seasonal variations are subject to the rules set out in the cancellation policy.

Cancellation
- Up to 30 days before the agreed arrival date of the guest, the accommodation contract can be terminated by either party without payment of a cancellation fee by means of a unilateral declaration.

- Free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival, thereafter 100% cancellation fee of the stay; except for seasonal deviations, which are subject to the regulations set out in the cancellation policy.

- If the guest does not arrive by 6 p.m. (unless a later arrival time has been agreed), a cancellation fee of 100% is payable.

The accommodation provider is obliged to make every effort to re-let the unused rooms in accordance with the circumstances (§ 1107 ABGB).

Payment
- The full amount must be transferred at least 30 days before arrival; the vacation apartment is only considered to be bindingly reserved once payment has been received by the deadline. Please contact us briefly to arrange payment.
