Welcome to the Pension Sarstein in Hallstatt!
Our non-smoking house lies directly on the lake, in a very peaceful location, away from the bustle0 of tourism. We are however still no more than 2 minutes by foot from the center of the UNESCO world heritage town Hallstatt.
We offer you a choice of 19 comfortable beds with wonderful views over the lake. Each room has a balcony with lake view. You can also use our bathing area with lounging space and diving board. In the shared lounge area you can use our free Wifi. Each room has satellite TV, its own bathroom, a sofa and wooden furniture. Upon request we also offer laundry service.
We would be happy to welcome you as our guests and are of course always here to answer any questions you might have about a stay in Pension Sarstein!

Arrival and departure
- Arrival: from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm
- Departure: from 8.00 am to 10.00 am
Cancellation
- If the booking is cancelled or modified up to 30 days before arrival, 100% of the first night will be charged.
- If the booking is cancelled or modified within 30 days of arrival, or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged
Payment
- Upon a boking, the cost of one night will be charged as a down payment
