Description

House Bellevue is made up of 3 self-catering boutique apartments, located very close to the Hallstatt lake. It is a lavish, lovingly cared for historical building from the 19th century, with period features such as the old staircases and doors which have been carefully maintained. The privately run, extravagantly furnished apartments each come with their own, unique characteristics; the individual rooms in each apartment have their own themes.
The boutique apartments in House Bellevue are an ideal starting point to explore the many beautiful attractions in the Salzkammergut, such as the 5 fingers viewing platform and the ice caves, as well as the salt mine in Hallstatt.
Our newly refurbished apartments are located in the old town center of Obertraun, only 400m away from the lakeside bathing area and with a beautiful panorama view of the surrounding mountain world.
HIKING AND BIKE TRIPS
We are located at the starting point of several hiking and bike paths, as well as being close to the Koppenwinkel nature reserve.
HALLSTATT LAKE
Ferry trips and private boat hire (at the beach area) CAVES
The cable car station for the Dachstein Krippenstein attractions (Ice cave, mammoth cave, 5 fingers) is only 3 km away. The bus stop is right in front of the house.
The world heritage town of Hallstatt, with its picturesque Marketplace and the world-renowned Bone House as well as the Salt Mines, is 5 km away (can easily be reached by train, bus and boat).

In the house there is a small café, where breakfast is also offered
Bakery- 1 minute on foot, supermarket – 8 minutes on foot
Spend your holidays between the mountains and the lakes in the world heritage region Dachstein-Salzkammergut!

Conditions/extras

Arrival and departure
- Arrival: from 3.00 pm 
- Departure: by 10.00 am
- Left luggage by arrangement.

Cancellation
- Up to 1 month before the arrival date - no cancellation fee
- From 1 month 100% of the total price (of course without tax and without final cleaning) ;)
- Not arriving - 100%

Payment
- In case of a booking we reserve the right to charge 30% of the booking price as a deposit. Please pay the rest in cash on departure, as we do not have an electronic direct debit facility (no credit card payment possible!).

Others
- Smoking is not permitted at Haus Bellevue.
- Pets are only allowed in the apartment Petticoat and only on request. Additional costs per day: € 10,00
