This open-plan retreat features a king-size double bed and a fully equipped kitchenette—complete with a Nespresso machine and microwave/grill oven—making it ideal for self-catering. While it is the only unit in the house without a balcony, guests have use of our charming guest pavilion and BBQ area and is outfitted with modern comforts like air conditioning, a digital satellite TV with streaming apps (Netflix/Amazon Prime), and luxury bathrobes. Its location provides a peaceful base for exploring the UNESCO World Heritage region, with the Krippenstein cable car and the scenic Koppenwinkel Nature Reserve just minutes away.

• Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. If a guest cancels within the 14-day period prior to the scheduled arrival, they will be charged the total price of the reservation. If a guest does not show up for their reservation, they will also be charged the total price.

• Guests will be charged the total price of the reservation in advance during the 14 days prior to arrival.

 

Reservations between December 20, 20xx, and January 6, 20xx

• Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 60 days prior to their scheduled arrival date. If a guest cancels within the 60-day period prior to the planned arrival date, they will be charged the total price of the reservation. If a guest does not show up for their reservation, they will also be charged the total price.

• Guests will be charged an advance payment of the total price of the reservation 60 days prior to arrival.
