Full moon on the Krippenstein

Experience a unique ride on the Dachstein-Krippenstein cable car under a full moon. Hike with the Obertraun Weisenbläsern to the World Heritage Spiral and the 5fingers, followed by a cosy get-together in the Dachstein Krippenstein mountain restaurant. Descent with the cable car.

Attention: Please arrive at the meeting point at the Dachstein Krippstein cable car valley station 20 minutes BEFORE departure. Please inform yourself about the descent directly at the ticket office when purchasing your ticket.

• This is not a guided hike!
• You pay directly at the ticket office at the valley station before the ascent!
• The Obertraun Weisenbläser (old Weisen from the Salzkammergut) stop at the most beautiful viewpoints on the Krippenstein and then hike to the 5fingers, where you can best see the sunset and the rising of the moon. 
• If you would like to go up the mountain earlier, please let us know when you buy your tickets that you will be taking part in the full moon ride.
• The full moon tour can only be organised in suitable weather conditions! You will be informed by telephone in the event of a weather-related cancellation.
