The bungalow is located directly on the edge of the forest and is about 300m away from the main road. There is one parking lot in front of the bungalow, please only park there. The living room The interior and furniture of the bungalow is reduced to the essential, but warm materials like wood create a warm and charming atmosphere. From the terrace and the living room you have a wonderful view of the mountains and the meadows of the valley. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and two single beds (sheets available). The second bedroom has a single bed. The terrace around the bungalow offers space for a cozy get-together, a barbecue is also available. Bathroom with shower and sink (equipped with towels, hair dryer and soap). Toilet is separate. Living & dining room with TV & Wi-Fi, and a pellet stove. The kitchen is equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, coffee maker, dishwasher, and an electric stove with oven.

Description

A small bungalow, with views of the mountains and the valley, is rustic and cozy in its simplicity. The town of Gosau is located in the heart of the Dachstein-Salzkammergut and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Conditions/extras

Arrival and departure
- Check-in from 1.00 pm
- Check-out before 10.00 am
- Independent check-in by key safe - you will receive the code via e-mail one day before arrival.​

Payment
- In the event of a booking, we take the liberty of invoicing the booking price. After receipt of the booking we will send you the necessary account details.

Cancellation
- In case of cancellation up to 90 days before departure, we reserve the right to retain 30% of the travel costs.
- In case of cancellation within 4 weeks before departure, we reserve the right to retain 50% of the travel costs.
- In case of cancellation within 10 days before departure, we reserve the right to retain 80% of the travel costs.

 
Other
- Smoking is not permitted at Lissi's Alpennest
- Sorry no pets allowed.   
- Since 1 January 2022 the visitor's tax is € 3.00 per person/night (from the age of 15). The local tax is included in the price.
- Self Catering accommodation.
- We ask you to observe our house rules. Please leave our house as you found it!
- The bungalow is bookable all year round. Minimum stay: 5 days in main season (Christmas holidays, February, Easter holidays, Pentecost, Summer holidays). 4 days in low season.
- Children under 10 stay free in Lissi's Alpennest. Children over 10 years must be indicated at the time of booking.
