Content Workshop
With our small roaster I will show you how coffee beans are roasted, what needs to be taken into account and especially what makes a good roast. You will learn some secrets and background of Hrovat's coffee (origin, quality criteria, coffee preparation). Afterwards there will be a coffee tasting and a bag of coffee to take home.
Georg Hrovat
He is born 1962 and pharmacist in Bad Goisern. Rare species of pharmacist who roasts coffee, and this on wood fire. His demand for quality brought him seven years ago to produce coffee at a high level. As far as possible directly traded, single origin, handshake quality based on trust.
