Quaint and cozy cottage. Ideal for families, mountain and ski enthusiasts. Very good location (in the back valley of Gosau) only 2 minutes by car from the ski lift (Zwieselalm). 

The house offers 3 bedrooms including 1 double room, one 3-bed room and one 5-bed room. As well as a kitchen with fully equipped equipment. A fireplace in the living room and a sauna.

Description

The wooden house was built in 1988 by Mr. Kieninger and has been in the family ever since. The vacation house could tell about many beautiful moments and experiences - exciting mountain and climbing tours, adventurous skiing trips, cozy evenings with sauna or at the fire bowl/fireplace.

The house is ideal for families, it has 3 bedrooms, a cozy living-dining area, a separate kitchen, a sauna and a huge garden where children can let off steam.

Arrival and departure
- Arrival: from 4.00 pm
- Departure: by 10.00 am

Cancellation
- In the event of a cancellation, the up-to-date version of the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply 

Payment
- In case of booking we allow ourselves to charge 30% of the booking price as a deposit.

Others
- Smoking is not permitted at Ferienhaus Liesenfeld.
- Sorry no pets allowed.
- Washing machine and dryer can be used.
