The Lederhuber hut and the Austadl are setting the trend for the holiday of the future!
The mountain huts connect you with your roots, with the power of nature and the beauty of tradition. Guests will find themselves in a cosy mountain hut from a time gone by, far from hectic everyday stresses. A combination of old, rustic living mixed with modern, discreet luxuries.
All guests will have the chance to revitalise and re engerise and discover the Gosau valley with its numerous health, sport and culture opportunities.
Conditions/extras
- You are renting a house for max. 6 adults and 1 child.
- It is a non-smoking house,
- pets are not allowed.
The holiday house is fully furnished and equipped and includes the following:
-Bedding and towels
-Waste collection
-Water and electricity are separate.
Guests are allowed to use the following during their stay:
-2 parking spaces, barbecue, garden
Guests receive 2 keys, which must be returned to the key safe at the end of the stay. Please ensure that before departure the house is tidied and in good condition (in the same state that it was in upon arrival). In the case of unacceptable untidiness, an extra cleaning fee will be charged. The rent price and the € 300 deposit is to be paid into the owner's account.
The price of electricity and water as well as town tax will be taken out of the deposit price at the end of the stay before the remaining deposit is returned.
